Posting an image could make ur product more attractive. Anyway, do you have any idea about it's temperature? Is their any fan with heatsink or only heatsink?

It is none of above. It is from PRO 2. They import these graphics card directly from Nvidia corporation. Nvidia is its manufacturer.
If you have any doubt, then i can show when we meet.

can give me any link of any graphics card that has been manufactured by nVidia??

The GPU's are always provided by Nvidia to the manufacturers such as XFX, EVGA, BFG, Gigabyte etc. If your question is if they manufacture them their selfs for marketing then the answer is NO.
But if you want to keep the "Marketing" word aside then for your information No offense, Nvidia dose manufacture cards time to time from every series. Which are tested, clocked and tested again on other conditions. Rest of them are available for purchase or what so ever by the officials of Nvidia,
They dont make any cards for Re-Marketing/selling purpose. Thats why there is not much/no such info on them manufacturing cards and its unavailable to the normal public=you. I personally have seen factory sealed cards manufactured direct by Nvidia being sold here www.trademe.co.nz , may be you can try your luck by searching some new & expired listings and grab a cheap bargain?

You are almost correct, GPU is the graphical Processing Unit rarely reffed as VPU(Visual Processing Unit) that is the processor that processes your say graphics ,
But where you are very very wrong is GPU's architecture is made by XFX,Gigabyte Asus, etc. No No No. The companies that are mentioned above make the reference boards and not the actual GPU. The board and GPU are 2 different things so dont mix them.

The people who MANUFACTURE them are fabs like TSMC and IBM (which cost billions of dollars each) Only companies like Intel and AMD can afford their own. Nvidia and ATI design the GPU/chips while companies like ASUS and Gainward either design and make the board or rebrand it from companies like Sapphire. Samsung or hynix make the memory. ATI and Nvidia also design reference boards(prototype's, for testing) which they sell the design of to a company just wanting to copy it.

    no hard feelings, never mind
