The "toughest" between the three is the gigabyte, but you wont have much headroom left with a 400w psu. Stay away from the Fortex crap. It costs $50 of materiel just to build a 500W PSU. Look for AcBel and list any other PSU's you can buy. I'll tell you the ones to get.

Oi, forgot to mention, they say ratted at 430w(Tt) and 460w(GB), but that's peak power. real rattings are about 380w. And the gigabyte's can get VERY loud.

Also try to find an Antec or AcBel PSU if you can, should be in your budget. It would have been better if you could get a 500- 550w..

You have a 4870 right? You'll need atleast 500W PSU for that, unless it is a Corsair TX450 or anything similar.
The Fortrex PSU (although there is a Cooler Master PSU on the pic) is totally Chinese bullshit, trust me. Then comes the Gigabyte 460W. It is from the Gigabyte Superb series, which is the worst PSU series from Gigabyte. And at last, the Tt 430W. I'm pretty sure it won't be able to handle your PC.

Tt LP 500W PSUs cost 4500/= which you might get. But I would strongly recommend you to get a Delta 500W, which costs somewhat around 5800/=. It might not be good-looking like those from Tt, but it is the best 500W PSU available in BD.

Read carefully meraj. He is saying exactly what I have said before. Your card may draw 300W but how do you expect to power the rest of your system? Do you think a meager 100W is enough for the mobo, processor, hdd, dvd rom vice versa? There is a good reason AMD, Dee and I recommended you a 500W psu.

Anyways, So Shall I Got for Thermaltake or Gigabyte?

So since your options are limited to these 3 PSU's above, Go with it, should serve you okay.

I don’t think the boy can stretch his budget anymore than 3000 – 4000 tk. So he is pretty much stuck with the bottom end....

Not to clobber on Tt since a lot of you are happy using it, but their PSU’s and Water Pumps hold a very bad reputation for being highly unreliable, for they are made of contemptible parts.I have had firsthand experience with some Tt products and personally avoid Tt like the pelage. (Specially in asia / bangladesh).

OCN or Gigabyte aren’t that good either. I myself would not buy any of these three psu’s as they are not that far from generic ones. Get either the Tt or GB, both would be "okay", But among these three the Gigabyte would be the better choice.

    edit:
here's my personal list, the rest is up to you.

Upper - Higher End - Most Powerful And Stable PSU's On The Market

    Corsair
    Zalman
    Silverstone
    Zippy
    Seasonic

Mid - Higher End - Top Quality parts with top notch stability - If you have Price/Availability Issues With the Upper Higher End

    Tagan
    Enermax
    Antec
    Cooler Master

Regular Midrange - Quality PSUs Made With Good Internals - They are not the most stable PSU's but they work fine.

    Mushkin
    OCZ
    AcBell
    Gigabyte

Lower - Bottom end - Avoid the brands below much like generic brands, NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

    BFG
    FOXCON
    Thermaltake -

Price is just an illusion to reflect the products quality, You'll get what you pay for. Why do you ask me? Ask the store, why company's have different prices. Dont seek answers to stupid questions. Buy either one.
