BattleField 3 - Review

One of this years heavy weight titles, BattleField 3 has the best graphics of all time. Its a game that a gamer should enjoy on the PC rather than Console because of the Huge Multiplayer map, Beautiful Graphics. Here is my short review on BattleField 3.



First of all I should mention its graphics, because its the most beautiful game to date, The Powerful FrostBite 2 engine showed its true power & made a game which looks close to reality...Highly Detailed Characters, Environments, Weapons, Explosions & Everything. The new Explosion system which made every explosion look lively.



Now about Concept & Gameplay. Actually I'm a bit disappointed by the Concept of the game as it is almost a copy paste of Call of Duty games. Battlefield series goes into political & leadership conspiracy from real war concept as this game shows & ending of the game indicates that its just beginning of new age Battlefield series. This may lead the series to go down.



Gameplay of Battlefield 3 is ok as other FPS games. Smooth action with well toned weapons is fun. Specially Player movements. Player run, jump, crouch, crawling vice versa; every movement looks lively & perfect. Actually EA DICE's previous FPS Mirrors EDGE gave us the true character animations, and this game continues that trail.



The Cutscene's looks good too. But some minor glitches, collision issues are noticeable. This Game has the largest Multiplayer map of any FPS game could offer. Over 160 could engage in a Battle!!! But single player campaign is too short.



Well you can hear every bullet sound a mile away....you can feel every tank shot down.....That's the Sound effects of Battlefield 3...Like the graphics, the sound work is amazing too.
