Not trying to be rude but you really need to learn a bit more about basic computers. He only asked the motherboard make and model so you could probably had saved the page long unnecessary details. Try using tools such as CPU Z and GPU Z. They would give you all the info you need.
Your motherboard is the Via P4M266A. Its got a 2.6Ghz Pentium 4 Processor, with 768MB of DDR1 266Mhz Ram (Pretty old hardware about 7-8 years system). And it has about 32 - 64Mb Video Ram with its integrated Graphics card. Now, as far as I know your computer should be able to run that game just fine, problem is your integrated video(IGP). IGP was plain garbage back in the day and its still hasn't improved a lot today. So its no Good for Games. You wont be able to run that game like that.
3D Analyzer wont cut it, But you can still run the game...Do this,.
Your Mobo should have a AGP slot..So Go spend $5 - $10 bucks, maybe $20 and grab yourself an old AGP card. nVidia 4200Ti, FX5200, 6600GT or ATi 9250, 9600, 9800 etc are all great cheap cards for older systems like yours, and will let you run many older games(Pre 2008 and a few new ones if you are lucky). Look around Ebay or other forums or your local PC shop. Then just grab a decent dedicated AGP card and you should be all good to go..
All the best..
Warcraft III system requirements
Windows 2000 / XP / Vista:
- 400 MHz Pentium II or equivalent
- 128 MB of RAM
- 8 MB 3D video card (TNT, i810, Voodoo 3, Rage 128 equivalent or better) with DirectX® 8.1 support
- 700 MB HD space
- 4X CD-ROM drive
first of all download latest driver,
Download S3 graphics ProSavageDDR 13.94.33 WHQL Driver for Windows 9X/ME/NT/2K/XP/2003/Vista/XP X64/2008 - Softpedia
then try. if not ok then u might not be able to run it. Sorry![]()
thank for all the help, and sorry for the unnecessary details.
i'll just gonna buy a new AGP card.
hmm that would be better but then again there arent many AGP cards left in the World... U should change ur Motherboard that can Run PCI Cards

Its PCI E Meraj, PCI Express. Op already doesn't know much about computers and you are sending them 15 years back into the past with PCI.
Besides, the guy just wants to play Warcraft III, I know AGP cards aren't mass produced as they used to be 6 - 7 years ago.. now agp cards are a dime a dozen, but I am sure he'll be able to grab one for a few dollars more'.
thanks for all the help
now I've upgraded to:
AMD Sempron 145 Processor, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.8GHz;
1792MB RAM;
EMX-MCP61D3-iCafe;
NVIDIA GeForce 7025 / NVIDIA nForce 630a
what do you think?
...
now I'm hoping to play Portal 2 with better visual quality and performance, can 3D Analyzer help me? Then What is the right settings?
PS: Portal (1) works fast and smooth, when having high video settings, while Portal 2 runs slower.
Thanks![]()
i am not expert about 3DA but i dont think 3DA can help u anymore
