The best torrent client and port forwarding

Can someone tell me what's the best torrent client? I have downloaded utorrent but am not sure if it's really the best out there....

I've searched wikihow for portforwarding and it told me that the first thing I have to do is to go to my router's "webpage". If I type "192.168.0.1" or "192.168.1.1" in the address bar and press enter, then the page seems to load for eternity but nothing shows up -_- I've seen people from my ISP entering that website by one of those two addresses and the page loaded for them perfectly. What's the problem?

Port forwarding is not possible unless it is done by your isp as we do not have real ip at home in bd.USE BITLORD.u torrent has some severe security problem.
    Names are pretty ,but useless.

    uTorrent ftw.
    smallest, fastest, with web-interface.

i know how to do it but i never needed port forwarding..so i can't tell you things extensively.
one of my friends did it successfully..resulting a huge boost. i'll ask him and let you know tmrw.

and let me draw a conclusion: Flashget sux, esp versions after 1.7
now-a-days, MOST downloaders also support torrents. FDM (Free Download Manager) or IDM are the best.
