Everyone, Introducing a Computer Case Made of Wood. I finished this Wooden Computer Case project past October, and thats when I took these pictures but never found the time to show it to you.The whole idea was to make it small and compact, wood has some good properties one of them include drowning the noise produced by the regular computer fans and hard drives. So here it is,
Well, To be completely honest, It's actually made of using cheap qualityplywoodparticle board with a wooden textured / vinyl surface. Plywood is liter and easier to work with than traditional wood, that's why. I will try to find some more worklog pictures and post them later.
Mr. Bill Loves Boxes as you know..
Here are some more shots of the front (bezel).
I have since reworked on the rear and now it houses a undervolted 120mm noctua fan instead.
This mod It was actually part of the TG File Server Build - The Hardware project I was working on at that time, and currently I have it placed next to the GHOST in the attic, using it as the TG File Server housing all the hardware and files backups.
I placed some watermark / tags this time while resizing them, not sure if it was the right thing to do but let me know if you guys dont like it and rather want the originals uploaded? ......There are a few other things that I have done and would like to show you all, I remember changing 3 different EVGA motherboards last year, also recall doing a passive CPU cooler northbridge mod on one of the x58 classified boards that I am using on GHOST. I try posting them in the next few days..
Well, Thats all for today, untill next time,
Take care and Happy Modding..

But then again, GHOST probably would be a better space heater candidate for that purpose, thanks to the heat the 480's output.
