has the problem started recently/suddenly? was it normal before that? did you check if the current cooling fittings are alri8? like a loosened screw or too much dirt in the fan?

once i had similar problems after taking my pc to a lanparty. turned out that the casing took some knocks amd the cpu fan was displaced, the pc kept restarting and the temp was 65 degrees. after fixing it properly, which came down to 35-40 degrees.

but i really hate to open the casing.. its too much pain... my casing is getting overheated a bit becoz of many wires of psu.. i m too lazy to make these things right

How is your temperature now? Make sure there is sufficient air ventilation system inside casing to minimize the temperature. Thermaltake has some good cooling solutions but they are costly.
