Zaidi, like heat sinks, Water cooling a method to take away the heat generated by components, eg. Processor. Its a lot efficient in cooling the chip than the traditional FAN + Heat sink combo; and mostly used by Overclockers or Enthusiasts who either want to really push their PC limits, or just want to silence their PC from the all the noise generated by Fans. A basic water cooling setup consists of a Basic Tubing, a Reservoir, a Pump, a Waterblock and a Radiator. The water is pushed from the 1. Reservoir by the 2. Pump through the 3.Tubes to the 4.Waterblock, which is like a CPU Heatsink and has the inside of it hollowed out and machine routed so that water can travel through it absorbing the heat and from there water goes to the 5.Radiator where its cooled and then it travels back to the reservoir. That's the basic cycle / loop. About a decade ago, watercooling used to be something that was considered extreme and had to be custom made, only available to a few people; unlike today where we have various company's that make these 'Watercooling Kits' that are available to the mainstream public. So those of you who dont know much about water cooling can now get into it by purchasing a kit like the one you see above.

I still have a custom water cooling setup along with a few Thermaltake Watercooling Kits. A good Pump and Block is the heart of any watercooling setup, and this is where Thermaltake got their bad name from(aside from those PSU's they make), Tt has some of the worst pumps making their watercooling solutions pretty dreadful and low end. A good custom watercooling setup consisting of custom chosen parts can still cost around a good $500 to $1000 depending on the hardware you wish to cool. That's why most folks tend to go for a medcore kit for $200-$400, which itself is not a bad idea.
