CPU Z / GPU Z for temps.. for the best..no asus, msi bs.
Have you used TIM/Thermal Paste on the CPU ? The temps at 43C idle looks okay for BD, how far does it rise at load?
Cant see the GPU temps, whats the idle and load? Use GPU Z. To get better temps remove the top shroud, its detachable with 3 plastic pins on each side,(dont break it). Then give it a little clean up (any dust)
And are you overclocking that card? Let me know if you are, it should be able to easily reach 800 ~ 850Mhz at the Core on MSI afterburner with little voltage tweaks, just dont mess with the shader clocks too much. That Should give you an extra 6 - 10 + FPS on average if you need it.

good, good. 50 - 60C @ load is okay for that 2500K.
And I think 70C is quite normal for the fermi based GTX465/470..take off the shroud and clean the card well and that should drop 5C - 10C at load when you overclock.
