This document is designed to clarify various responsibilities of community members here at Forums of Tomorrows Gaming™ , ©www.tomorrowsgaming.com. Please read through this entire section and become familiar with it before you start up with us, it's terms are retroactive and agreed by team and group members.

I. Rules


1. Posts should be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read
the forum descriptions before posting. Consistently posting to the wrong
forum may lead to a warning.

2. Members should post in a manner that is respectful to other users.
Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated.

3. Members are asked to not act as "moderators". If members note an
issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are
welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator
Team. Moderator team members will try to reply/take action within 6
hours. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly
"act" as moderators can and will be removed.

4. Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience.
Posting / Uploading pornographic or generally offensive text, images,
links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead being warned or banned.

5. Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites,
media, etc. We take no responsibility for users linking to or asking for
information on pirated software downloads from third party or illegal
sites, sharing serial numbers etc. If a member dose so only they are to
be held responsible for their actions, Claims on re-printing material
without permission will be removed and further action will be taken
against the poster. Also members should not provide links of forum that
is similar to Tomorrows Gaming forum.
6. Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing".
That is users should not post excessive numbers of emotions, large,
small or colored text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT or use
excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts. Users
consistently abusing this will be warned.

7. Please try to use an appropriate, descriptive title when posting a new
topic. Examples of bad titles include; "Help me!", "I'm stuck!", "I've got
an error!", etc. Examples of good titles include; "Getting an error upon
login", "Cannot restore a backup", etc.

8. Members are welcome to use the test forum for general "test
purposes". These may include checking signatures, testing a link or
image, etc. (subject to previous points on decency, copyright material,
etc.). Users posting in the test forum just to increase their post counts
will be warned / demoted.

9.
We do not tolerate any kind of Spam under any circumstance.
Therefore please don’t post same topic / post multiple times so that it
can be noticed or offer any kinds of services eg.hosting services
(charged and free), installation services, solicitation etc unless it’s the
RIGHT place or when required / asked by other members . Although
the forum is protected by high security anti spam technology that both
monitors and allows us to check for any spamming. If you are caught
spamming the forums you will be questioned and if you are found a
defaulter you will be banned.

10. Members are requested not to disclose or share any information of our
boards to any 3rd party, board, or list any vulnerabilities before first
notifying.

11. The moderating, support and other teams reserve the right to edit or
remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed
as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to Team
Members and not users.

12. The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private
messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to
warnings (as above) and/or being removed.

13. The last, final & main rule is not to make any one small, this includes
jumping on someone for them having less knowledge about
something, “Teaching” people that are often making spelling
mistakes, or any such manner that may offend others. We strictly DO
NOT tolerate any kinds of racisms, Being Racist, Behaving rude to
someone for their religion, believes, skin color or nationality are
immediately and permanently banned. If you have something to
prove or just want to speak out please say it in a distinctive way of
manner; Include your points/ facts to have a convincing topic, please
don’t ask to remove any such posts that hasn’t broken any rules or
polices..

II. Policing

1. Users will be warned a maximum of four times for any and all offenses in a 60day / 2month period. If the need arises for a final warning a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 10 days

Do not argue with team members for receiving a warning, If you feel you have been offended or treated unfair please contact higher staff of owner or administrators. e.g. if warned by a moderator you should contact the Moderator team leader.

3.
Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban will lead to that ban being made permanent. Circumvention includes re-registering under a non-banned username, changing IP addresses to evade an IP ban, registering a new email account of evade an email ban. Circumvention includes posting as an anonymous user.

4. An exception rules applies when user contacts any team members personally (via any method) and post insulting, indecent or vulgar material. Such users may be subject to an immediate permanent ban.
